👾you may feel dysregulated
👾you may have energy vampires leeching off of you
👾you may say “I’m sorry” for taking up space
👾you may feel like you’re overstimulated often
👾you may be looped in cycles of anxiety and distress
👾you may feel fatigued all the time from too many stress hormones and adrenal fatigue
👾you may have a low social battery
👾you may be sleeping a lot more than normal
👾you may be more irritable

I have found through my own experiences and mindfulness practices, one of the strongest regulators of your nervous system is bringing your awareness to your breathing

💭are you holding your breath
💭are you taking deep breaths
💭are your breaths in your belly or your chest

as someone who is hypersensitive and neurodivergent, I find this to be one of the easiest and most effective ways to recenter myself when I notice I am dysregulated

another practice is electrolytes before water and hydrate 💧
