🚨HUGE update: Only two more monthly community sound baths remain at Urban Grace Church.
I have accepted a new position as Director of Jazz Studies at the University of Maryland, and I will be moving in early July. My final two monthly Community Sound Baths at Urban Grace Church will be on May 24th and June 28th.
My heart is filled with gratitude for the time I have been able to share this gift with the community. It has been a true honor to hold this space for rest, healing, and connection.

🌟 Meet the Pyramids 🌟
Today, I am excited to share two powerful instruments in my sound therapy collection: the Quartz Crystal Pyramid and the Zen Harmonic Alloy Pyramid. These tools are my go-to for clearing stuck energy and bringing balance back into the space. 🌀✨
I use these pyramids during my sound baths when the energy in the room begins to feel thick or intense. Their resonant tones help to shift and release stagnant energy, creating a lighter, more harmonious environment for healing and relaxation.
Sound is such a transformative force, and these pyramids are an essential part of my practice for helping participants feel grounded, clear, and at peace. 🎶✨
