We’re Hiring – Hospice Community Liaison
Puget Sound Hospice is looking for a passionate, relationship-driven professional to help connect patients and families to compassionate, end-of-life care when it matters most.
In this role, you’ll serve as the key link between our hospice team and the community—building and maintaining strong partnerships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, ALFs, and other referral sources. You’ll educate providers and families on hospice services, support smooth and timely patient transitions, and identify opportunities to grow your territory. You’ll also represent Puget Sound Hospice through community outreach and events.
💥 What we’re looking for:
✔ Experience in healthcare, hospice, home health, or medical sales preferred
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and compassionate
✔ Knowledge of the local market is a plus
