Minors will be required to have a parent present and a form of photo ID is required from both the minor as well as the parent (Last names must match). Acceptable forms of ID include school ID, government issued state ID, permit, DL, passport, Military or Tribal ID. We will not accept photos on your phone as we need a physical copy present at the time of piercing. Please call us if you have any further questions and we will be happy to assist you�
