Congratulations to Ben Harding, Cognitive Performance Specialist, on being recognized at the 2026 Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Symposium.

Ben was one of four recipients honored for excellence in mental performance programming for his Performance Under Pressure Protocol (PUP2), developed in collaboration with the 10th Combat Aviation Brigade, 10th Mountain Division.

The protocol was designed to improve long-term memory and recall, reduce cognitive load, and equip Soldiers with practical strategies to navigate performance anxiety during high-stakes evaluations. By helping Soldiers understand and effectively manage their stress response, the program contributed to a 50% reduction in first-time failure rates for the Phase II Sling Load examination and improved overall candidate performance across multiple training classes.

This recognition reflects the impact of innovative, evidence-based approaches that strengthen Soldier readiness and performance.

Well deserved, Ben.
