In her latest American Nurse Journal column, ANA President Jennifer Mensik Kennedy, PhD, MBA, RN, NEA-BC, FAAN, looks at why voting matters to nurses, and how decisions made at the local, state, and national levels can affect nursing practice, workplace safety, patients, and communities.
