Scholarship Opportunity for nursing students!

Students enrolled in or accepted into a psychiatric mental health nursing graduate program in Washington State can receive $2,500. Scholars also receive a free one-year Student membership with the Association of Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurses (AAPPN), as well as a free registration to the AAPPN Annual Conference on October 10, 2026.

The application deadline is June 30, 2026.

The Lois Price Spratlen Foundation is committed to expanding the reach of Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nursing within our communities. By identifying, encouraging, and cultivating excellence in Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nursing, we ensure that the nursing model of integrated and holistic care continues to play an essential role in meeting our community's mental health treatment needs.

The Lois Price Spratlen Foundation invites graduate students in psychiatric mental health nursing to apply for the Lois Price Spratlen Scholarship. The Foundation will award scholarships of $2,500 in the Fall of 2025.
