Well, the final day of the eight week Summit Hypnosis certification course has come and gone. It has been a joy to have such incredible people in my class, witnessing the commitment and progress each student has shown, and helping to introduce six new certified hypnotists to the world. Each of them is certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists and has also completed extra training in: pain management, working with children, conversational hypnosis, and the Summit method for addressing trauma without reliving it, earning an additional certification from the Summit Center for Hypnosis.I couldn't more proud or delighted. Congratulations, mes amis! ❤️

Last month, I had a wonderful privilege of being a guest on the Hazard Class podcast with Jake Ryks. Having worked with many first responders in my practice, helping them with things like: job stress, how to create space between work and home life. as well as reducing symptoms of work related PTSD and trauma. It was an important conversation.
