Regular cleansing will increase the longevity and health of your lashes. It will also prevent the build up of oils, pollutants, and bacteria that cause blepharitis, conjunctivitis, and demodex.

✨Cleanse daily and brush daily

✨Keep products containing oil away from eyes/extensions.

✨Use a soft fan brush with lash cleanser to gently remove daily debris.

✨Try to sleep on back and a silk or satin pillowcase to prevent snagging.

Motivation Monday 💫 My goal is to not only help you reach your skin, brow, & lash goals, but to also help you reach your life goals. When we feel good…we look good right?✨ Here are a few things I do daily to stay focused. Being intentional with my schedule helps me achieve more in less time. I know you’ve heard these things a million times but repetition helps.

✨Journal before going to bed. Set your goals for the next day/week and make sure you write down your “why” next to each one.

✨Meditate upon waking, even if it’s for 5 minutes. Take a few deep breaks, relax your body, and visualize your perfect day. Make sure you have ACTIONABLE steps in your day towards said goals.

✨Time Blocking: Map out your day including your meals. I personally break it down by the hour with some wiggle room. You can set it up however you want. It’s mostly a reminder to stay on task. My top three are meditate, exercise, and an action item towards my goal.

✨Turn off notifications during productivity time! This can increase your creatively, clarity & focus. Let yourself daydream instead of picking up your phone. iPhone has a focus tool to help you with this 🙌🏽

✨Learn the art of saying “No” If it doesn’t align with your intentions or goals, it’s ok to say no. You’ll be happy you did. 😘

PS It’s ok if you don’t get everything done in one day. As long as you are taking steps in the right direction. I meant to get this post out earlier today but I decided I wanted to elaborate on each point. And here we are posting anyways, even if it didn’t match my timeline. ✨
