Did you know? Sudden cardiac arrest is the #1 leading cause of death among young athletes and on school campuses, with approximately 1 in 300 youth having an undetected heart abnormality that puts them at risk for SCA.

Through her continued effort to raise awareness surrounding the importance and value of EKG screenings for our youth, CDR Health CEO, Tina Vidal-Duart, recently wrote a guest column for the Tallahassee Democrat—Bringing Attention to the Value of Early EKG Screenings in Leon County Schools.
