📣 IMPORTANT PRACTICE UPDATE

To better serve our patients and ensure that every individual receives the time, attention, and personalized care they deserve, Seven Hills Aesthetics will be implementing a consultation fee for new patients beginning June 1, 2026.

Effective June 1, all new patient consultations will require a $50 consultation fee at the time of booking.

The good news? This is not an additional cost. The full $50 will be added as a credit to your account and may be applied toward treatments, products, or services within one year of your consultation date.

As a solo provider, protecting dedicated consultation time allows me to continue delivering the high level of individualized care and thoughtful treatment planning that my patients have come to expect. This change also helps reduce missed appointments and ensures availability for patients who are ready to begin their aesthetic journey.

Each consultation includes a comprehensive assessment, discussion of your goals, personalized recommendations, and a customized treatment plan designed specifically for you.

Sometimes you have to tell your patients no.

Honesty matters, because quick fixes are not always the answer.

This patient came in wanting filler for overall facial improvement. After assessing her facial structure and skin quality, I recommended against starting there. Filler has its place, but it was not the right first step for her.

With more mature skin and structural changes, filler alone can sometimes create heaviness instead of true rejuvenation. What she needed was collagen support and foundational restoration.

So we chose Sculptra, a treatment that works with her body to gradually rebuild what’s been lost.

Why this approach works:
• Restores structure instead of masking volume loss
• Improves skin quality and firmness
• Creates subtle, natural results over time
• Supports areas like the temples without looking overfilled

What you’re seeing immediately after treatment is mostly the sterile water used to reconstitute it. That initial fullness is temporary and softens over the next few days.

The real results come from collagen stimulation that builds gradually over time, which is why a series is often needed.

This is her second treatment, and we’re already seeing beautiful, natural improvement. She will likely need 1 to 2 more sessions to complete her plan.
