I followed all the “rules” for the evaluation and intervention-
🎯lots of error sounds across word classes
🎯difficult to understand
🎯young but stimulable
🎯not quite right for complexity
🛎️CYCLES it is!

First few sessions go well then we hit a sound that WAS stimulable at eval but not AS much when we probe for next sound to target- what to do?

Get out your cues tool box!

DTTC stands for DYNAMIC TEMPORAL TACTILE CUEING and that begins with capturing the child’s attention in EVERY movement.

Having a child ATTEND to you is critical because without this, we can’t administer DTTC effectively- so what level of the hierarchy am I working at? Comment below⬇️
