It’s always a great time when we get to talk to the Southside Wellness Circle attendees!

Last week we focused more on the Q&A aspect of musculoskeletal care but today we got to take individuals through the JointStrong movements.

We’ll be back at the Jake Gaither Community Center in October and November as part of their Southside Healthy for Life 8-Week series.
