FSU Center for Autism and Related Disabilities CARD’s purpose is to serve individuals across the lifespan by helping them become valued members of their communities.

The Center for Autism and Related Disabilities at FSU (CARD-FSU) in the Autism Institute was established in 1994 and is one of 7 centers funded by the Florida Legislature and coordinated as a grant program through the Florida Department of Education. FSU CARD is one of seven centers funded by the Florida Legislature and currently serves over 7,000 individuals ranging from toddlers to adults in 18 counties in the Florida Panhandle. Westonwood Ranch is excited to host our 7th Annual Sensory Friendly Trick or Treat Night on Thursday, October 29th from 5:00-7:00PM!

Join us for a fun filled evening of trick or treating, games, and Halloween activities. It is FREE to attend. Open to all ages, abilities, and families in our community. Costumes are encouraged but please try to keep them fun and NOT fearful!

This event will is sensory friendly and will not have any loud music, strobe lights, fog or other sensory triggering items. We also will be participating in the Teal Pumpkin initiative and offering Allergy Friendly Trick or Treat options as well. Special needs professionals will be on hand to assist.
