Wishing our students and families a safe, healthy, and successful school year! ✏️🎒🍎🎓

REMEMBER: Be Kind to Yourself - Breathe - Ask for Help - Lean on Those Who Support You.

YOU ARE VALUED. YOU BELONG. YOUR STORY MATTERS.

All feelings are welcome. It's normal to feel nervous, excited, or tired all at once, especially at the start of a new school year.

Your best changes daily. Some days you have a lot to give, and other days just showing up is enough.

Take tiny breaks! Rest is not a reward you have to earn; it is what your brain needs to grow.

Never forget, YOU ARE NOT ALONE: Reach out to a trusted friend, teacher, or counselor when things feel heavy.
