Not only will our members have primary care services, New Horizons Healthcare LLC also provides minor urgent care for our members at no extra cost!

Non-Members: Can't get an appointment with your P*P in a timely manner? Need a quick refill until you can be seen? We can help you with that! Non-Members can also get same-day minor urgent care telehealth visits! (*Refills on monthly maintenance non-narcotic medications, also most minor urgent care medications are prescribed).

New Horizons Healthcare LLC will also be offering weight loss packages (or a la carte), for visits/medications/health coaching.

*Pricing for non-members will be a one-time affordable visit fee.

*Labs and Radiology services will have additional fees, however for non-insured or patients with a high deductible plan, the fees will be at a reduced cash-price rate!
