Finally got to meet this awesome sister duo last week! 😊🙌 (They kinda play volleyball sometimes and are actually pretty good at it 😉)

We started working with Megan this year virtually to optimize her performance and recovery, so when her and the fam came to town we absolutely had to connect! Megan & Sydney both play volleyball at a high level and demand a lot out of their bodies 🥵

We were able to use our time together to perform detailed movement assessments and create individualized game plans to get them moving optimally and performing without any limitations!

Hype to see what you both achieve over the next year! We'll see each other again soon 💪

Another boss athlete getting back on the field after ACL reconstruction 🙌

Quinn has absolutely crushed his rehab and training over the past year despite all the hurdles, frustrations, and speed bumps along the way.

ACL rehab can be a REALLY long journey 😫

The correct mindset, discipline, and a boss rehab team can make ALL the difference.

Marina had surgery back home in France, traveled to the US for work, and still continued to crush her rehab 😎

We're definitely going to miss the faces she gave whenever we'd ask her to do a new exercise 🤣

Occasionally, we don't get to finish the entire rehab process with our clients when they have to move away, but we're always happy to play a small role in the journey!

Can't wait to see you back on the slopes and kite surfing, Marina!

You know how hard it is to add 3 PT visits per week to your schedule?! 😭

Traditional PT doesn't do a great job at serving athletes and active people who have busy lives and schedules 🤷🏽‍♂️

We see a lot of our clients once per week and slowly decrease the frequency as they progress. The biggest factors are having the right game plan, and whether someone is willing to put in the work!

If you've tried traditional PT and it didn't get you where you need to be, please know that there is more out there. 🙌

Do your research and find a rehab professional that will do a comprehensive exam of your entire body and create an easy to follow game plan to get you the results you're looking for!💪🏼

Meet Dr. Travis Hamilton, PT, DPT, TPI! 😎

He is our newest therapist and team member! Since finishing his career as a Division 1 soccer athlete, Travis has been practicing for 10 years as a physical therapist. He is also a Titleist Performance Institute certified instructor and absolutely loves everything golf. 🏌️‍♂️

Working with his clients he knows that playing with pain or injury keeps you from playing your best game. He is the best choice to guide you along a simple game plan to get you playing pain free and keep you enjoying the game you love! 🙌

Travis is usually on the course with his children when he's not working with clients!

She was born and raised in the Sunshine State of Florida and developed a fascination with the human body as a young child. She absolutely loves dancing, exercising, and  having fun! 🙌

Dr. Gabi is our pelvic health physical therapist! If you've been dealing with leaking during exercise, pelvic pain, pain with in*******se, preparing to give birth, or looking to return to exercise post partum then she's the one you've been looking for! She specializes in helping active women and athletes overcome shame, guilt, and embarrassment regarding pelvic floor dysfunction 🤗

Say hi to Steph! 👋

You may have seen her from previous posts and we are excited to have on our team!

She is our lifesaving client success coordinator and social media manager! 😊

If you've been enjoying our social media content then you can thank her for that because without her we would be ghost on social media or sending out our weekly newsletters!

Stephanie is in her first year of physical therapy school, at Nova Southeastern University! We first met Steph after she reached out to us (ironically via instagram) to shadow before applying to PT school. She played soccer throughout undergrad at Eckerd College, and graduated with a degree in Biological Health Sciences from USF. Stephanie now enjoys crossfit in her free time, and is competing in her first competition this August!

Steph has been with us since March of this year, but we had to make sure she had her hair done before posting 👀
