Ever notice:

Different disciplines.

The funny thing is that yoga and sleep have more in common than you'd think.

International Yoga Dayโ€ฆ hhhmmmmm....

Quick question:

Can you touch your toes?

Because honestly...
I'm less interested in whether you can touch your toes and
more interested in whether your brain can stop replaying awkward conversations from 2017 at 2am.

That is the real flexibility test.

Yoga has survived for thousands of years because it trains something most modern humans desperately need
The ability to stop doing.
Even for a moment.

And strangely enough...

Sleep tends to like people who can do that.
