I love these people. ❤️

Five days of sunshine, laughter, good food, and making memories together. ☀️🌴

This trip was exactly what we needed.

Now we’re headed home feeling refreshed, grateful, and ready to get back to real life before summer sports season kicks into full gear. ⚾️🥎🏐

The vacations are fun, but these people are my favorite part.

Three days later… the 4 pounds were gone 👀

And no, I didn’t cut anything out or do crazy workouts. It was back to normal and focusing on my usual routine.

The scale fluctuates constantly:

* travel
* sodium
* inflammation
* stress
* hormones
* digestion
* sleep

But too many women are living and dying by a number on the scale.

And sometimes making huge sacrifices trying to get there.

The problem is… when we become obsessed with chasing the lowest number possible, we often lose sight of what actually matters:
👉 feeling good
👉 having energy
👉 supporting our health
👉 feeling confident in our own skin
👉 living life fully

Healthy habits should improve your life — not consume it.

That’s why I focus so much on:
✔ realistic nutrition
✔ movement
✔ strength
✔ consistency
✔ healthy habits that fit real life

Because when you feel better mentally and physically… everything changes 💙

If you’re tired of the all-or-nothing mindset and want a more realistic approach to health, you’re in the right place 👏

I got home from a 3-day trip and the scale was up 4 pounds 👀

And honestly?
That’s the moment where most women panic.

But here’s the thing:

The scale reflects WAY more than just body fat.

It can fluctuate from:
✔ water retention
✔ inflammation
✔ sodium intake
✔ hormones
✔ digestion
✔ stress
✔ travel

So no… my plan is NOT:
❌ starving myself
❌ detoxing
❌ hours of cardio
❌ trying to “undo the damage”

Instead, I’m focusing on:
✔ water
✔ protein
✔ whole foods
✔ movement
✔ getting back to my normal workouts

Because consistency works a whole lot better than panic 👏

And honestly? This is exactly why extreme all-or-nothing approaches keep so many women stuck.

Today is about more than cookouts, long weekends, and the unofficial start of summer 🇺🇸

We remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives serving our country and protecting the freedoms we often take for granted.

And really… one of the best ways we can honor the gift of life is by fully living it.

Making memories.
Taking care of our health.
Spending time with family.
Slowing down enough to appreciate the moments that matter most. 💙

Grateful today for freedom, family, and the opportunity to make memories with the people I love.

Simple meals usually work best over here 👏🍓🫐

This yogurt bowl has been on repeat lately:
✔ Greek yogurt
✔ strawberries + blueberries
✔ (usually topped with granola + a drizzle of honey)

Nothing fancy.
Just quick, balanced, and easy to throw together during busy seasons.

That’s kind of the theme around here lately 😅

And bonus: it’s red, white, and blue! 🇺🇸

We’re spending the holiday weekend in Kansas City with family, making memories, staying up too late, eating good food, and enjoying the slower pace for a few days 💙
