Still not over the energy from Tampa Florida Events’ one-year anniversary celebration.

We had the best time meeting so many beautiful people, getting in a little b***y workout 🍑, hitting the photo booth, sipping what might be the best latte around from Tampa Coffee and Matcha Cart indulging in the yummiest desserts No Crumb Left Behind , grabbing gorgeous floral bouquets, and taking in all the beautiful details in between.

Truly, it was one of those events that was beautiful inside and out. Watching Gabby grow this incredible community over the past year has been so special, and we are beyond grateful that The Aesthetics Lab gets to be a small part of it. There is nothing better than bringing good people together, supporting local businesses, and creating spaces where community can thrive.

Congratulations on ONE YEAR of bringing Tampa together in the prettiest way possible. 🥂🤍

We already can’t wait for the next one...
Wink, wink. 👀

Hormone replacement isn’t a fountain of youth—and that’s actually a good thing.

There is a lot of misinformation surrounding hormone replacement therapy (HRT), perimenopause, menopause, testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, and “hormone optimization.”
The truth? Hormone therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all anti-aging treatment—and it shouldn’t be approached that way.

At The Aesthetics Lab Tampa, we believe the conversation should start with you, not a prescription.

Hormone therapy may be considered for appropriate patients based on their individual symptoms, medical history, goals, risk factors, and clinical evaluation. Depending on the patient, treatment may involve different hormones, formulations, routes of administration, or no hormone therapy at all. And realistic expectations matter.

➕ HRT isn’t guaranteed weight loss.
➕ It isn’t a magic anti-aging treatment.
➕ More hormones does not automatically mean better results.
➕ A treatment that works well for one person may not be appropriate for another.

The goal is to identify whether hormone therapy is medically appropriate and, when it is, create an individualized plan with appropriate follow-up and monitoring.

Because feeling better isn’t about chasing a number on a lab report or trying to turn back the clock. It’s about understanding what’s happening in your body and making informed, personalized decisions about your health and wellness.

If you’ve been wondering whether hormones could be part of your wellness conversation, start with education—not Instagram.

What hormone topic do you wish someone would explain without making it confusing? 👇

Scar revision isn’t always about making a scar “disappear.” It’s about helping the skin look more even, more blended, and more like the surrounding tissue.

This before + after is a great example of why we take a multimodality approach to scar improvement at The Aesthetics Lab Tampa. A scar can involve more than one concern—pigment, discoloration, texture, thickness, and tone can all play a role in how noticeable it appears.

That’s why we don’t believe in a one-treatment-fits-all approach. Depending on the scar and the skin surrounding it, treatment may incorporate different modalities and techniques designed to address:
·Hyperpigmentation + discoloration
·Uneven skin tone
·Texture irregularities
·Scar thickness or firmness
·Collagen remodeling
· Overall blending with the surrounding skin

The goal isn’t to make your skin look artificial or erase your history.
It’s to help the scar become less visually prominent and more naturally integrated with the skin around it. And because every scar—and every person’s skin—is different, the right treatment plan starts with an assessment of the type, age, location, pigmentation, texture, and behavior of the scar.

If you have a scar you’d like to explore treatment options for, schedule a consultation with our team at The Aesthetics Lab Tampa.

You may have heard of GHK-Cu as a peptide often discussed for supporting healthier-looking skin and hair—but there’s more to this little powerhouse than meets the eye.

GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding peptide that has been studied for its role in tissue repair, collagen support, antioxidant activity, and healthy inflammatory balance.

One of the reasons we love it as part of a comprehensive wellness regimen? It can support the body’s natural processes from the inside out—making it an interesting addition for those focused on healthy aging, skin health, hair health, and overall wellness. Think of it as less about a quick fix and more about supporting the building blocks of healthy function over time.

And because everyone’s goals are different, peptide therapy should always be individualized and guided by a qualified medical provider. Curious whether GHK-Cu could make sense for your wellness goals?
Let’s talk.

BEFORE + AFTER | VascuPen

Sometimes it’s the little things that make a big difference. This before & after shows an immediate post-treatment result with VascuPen, targeting a visible facial vessel that our patient wanted to reduce.

Because this photo was taken immediately after treatment, you can see some temporary redness and inflammation from the treatment itself. But even through that, you can already see a dramatic improvement in the appearance of the vessel — the redness our patient wanted addressed is significantly reduced. And that little freckle you may notice? We didn’t treat it!

VascuPen is a quick, targeted treatment option for certain visible vessels and vascular concerns, and this is a great example of how precisely we can target the area of concern. As the skin continues to calm and heal, we expect the immediate post-treatment inflammation to settle.

Targeted treatment. Minimal downtime. Big difference. Want to know if VascuPen could be right for your vascular concerns? Send us a message or book a consultation at The Aesthetics Lab Tampa.

Results vary. Individual treatment plans and outcomes vary by patient.
