"Revered Ernest – Psychic, Witch and Artist
Reverend Ernest is an experienced and knowledgeable witch who is an initiated third degree High Priest and Elder in the Cabot Tradition of Witchcraft. Ernest learned the art of witchcraft directly from Laurie Cabot in Salem, MA. In 1993 Ernest became a 3rd degree witch within the Cabot tradition and is, to this day, an active and contributing member of the Cabot Kent Hermetic Temple in Salem, MA.
Ernest comes from a hereditary family tradition of magical practitioners and from a very young age had an inherent interest in witchcraft and the occult. His great grandmother was a Curandera, his grandmother was a tarot reader, and his mother practices folk magic. His mother learned the magical practices from her grandmother and passed this magical knowledge onto Ernest.
Ernest has taught workshops and lectured at Colleges on magick and witchcraft, has appeared on the television show, Mysteries Decoded, and for a brief time, he was a paranormal investigator. He has been a tarot reader almost 30 years and is a second degree Reiki healer. Among many things Ernest has also had the experience of being advisory and consultant in various spiritual matters.
From Latin and Mesoamerica to European and ancient Egyptian magick, Ernest has amassed an exceptional working knowledge of spells, lore and rituals from various other magickal practices and traditions. For example, Ernest learned Santeria from a Santeria practitioner, he learned the sacred art of smudging and how to make Native American ceremonial tools and crafts from an Arapaho medicine woman named Spirit Dancer, and at the age of 17 Ernest became an initiated Buddhist. Most recently Ernest has continued to expand his knowledge within the practice of ancient Mesoamerican shamanism and Latin American Spiritualism.
As an Elder, Reverend Ernest would like to share his wisdom and knowledge to bless, help and empower others in their lives and/or spiritual journey. One way he does this is through his handcrafting of ritual supplies, talismans and medicine bags.
Ernest loves music, tarot, magick and ancient Egypt. He is everywhere and nowhere, living the life of a Witch."
