NO SUDS: You know eating fruits and veggies is healthy, but are you washing those berries and broccoli spears? Cooking food kills germs, but thoroughly rinsing produce removes pesticides, chemicals, and heavy metals. That step, plus wiping produce down with a clean cloth/paper towel, has been shown to reduce any hidden chemical load by a lot. No need for disinfectants or even soap.

Children’s bodies are rapidly developing so need both the nutrients in fruits and vegetables AND protection from pesticide residues. Buying organic produce is a good (though costly) way to reduce exposure, but we still recommend you wash all produce.

wants to remind the community that the theft of fi****ms from vehicles continues to be a recurring problem in Hillsborough County. In many cases, the vehicles were left unlocked, and fi****ms were left unsecured inside.

Please help us prevent these thefts by:

🔒 Locking your vehicle every time

🔑 Removing fi****ms from unattended vehicles whenever possible

📦 Securing fi****ms in a locked safe or lockbox

👀 Reporting suspicious activity immediately
