Welcome to June.

As I sit back and look at the last three months, I am filled with gratitude for every one of you.

Thank you for the warm welcome back to Kansas City and for supporting Dark Horse through this season of transition and growth. Time has absolutely flown by. What started as a return home has quickly turned into a steady rhythm of familiar faces, new clients, referrals, and a growing community that continues to trust me with their recovery and realignment journey.

One of the greatest gifts has been reconnecting with clients I haven't seen in years and having the opportunity to share how much the practice has evolved. Watching people experience the growth, new techniques, longer session offerings, and the direction Dark Horse is heading has been incredibly rewarding.

Behind the scenes, I'm continuing to build and refine the experience. I'm still researching the right replacement for the red light therapy system, while also putting the finishing touches on memberships, updated pricing, and several new offerings designed to better support your long-term recovery and performance goals.

The vision for Dark Horse Performance Recovery and Realignment continues to grow, and none of it happens without your trust, support, referrals, and belief in what we're building together.

A nice relaxing reflecting day on some good Journaling and releasing into the sea the thoughts and feels from the weekend. Was a great weekend of seeing and walking down memory lane. Nature is a great medicine!!
