For this year's Earth Day, we asked our team members for their thoughts on how we should "invest in our planet," and an overwhelming majority of our team selected this foundation.

Shout-out to all teachers! Earlier this month, ELM had the opportunity to support several teachers through our employee network. These teachers work so hard to make a difference in their students’ lives. On behalf of ELM, we appreciate all that you do!

A big part of our culture at ELM is finding ways to give back to local communities through donations, volunteering, and support. Our ‘Adopt a Classroom’ initiative is extra special to me because of my parents. Growing up the son of teachers and having many local friends as educators, I understand the challenges these everyday heroes face year after year in creating an environment where their students can learn and develop.

This year, we reached out to our employees, both in Tampa and across the country, to see if they knew any teachers that could benefit from a helping hand. I am happy to say that we were able to support several teachers by bringing them much needed supplies for their classrooms and students.

Thank you to all the teachers out there for everything you do.
