When approached thoughtfully, weight management can be one part of a broader focus on metabolic health, body composition, energy, longevity and overall wellbeing.

That’s why we look at our services beyond any one outcome. Float, NAD+, our Trim vitashot, and cryotherapy each offer different benefits that can complement your health goals, from body image and recovery to metabolic health and body composition.

The science is always evolving, and no single service replaces the fundamentals of good nutrition, movement and healthy habits. But the right tools can help support your body in more ways than one.

Explore our services that can benefit your health in multiple ways.

In a culture that often praises being busy, productive, and constantly on the go, it can be easy to overlook what our bodies are asking for.

Rest and recovery aren’t things we should wait for until we have nothing left to give. Taking time to slow down, reset, and recharge is an important part of staying well and showing up fully for the life we’re living.

Make time to Pause and give yourself the space to reconnect. 💙

We come into contact with environmental toxins every day, from polluted air and water to pesticides in food and chemicals in everyday products. Trying to avoid every potential exposure to heavy metals, mycotoxins, and more isn’t realistic and living in constant fear of what you might come into contact with can create its own mental load.

Instead focus on building a healthy, resilient body that can do what it’s designed to do. Support your natural detoxification processes with regular movement, quality sleep, enough fiber, and hydration, along with Pause services including infrared sauna, IV therapy, and glutathione.

You don’t need to live in fear of exposure when you can build a body that’s supported to handle it.

Ready to start detoxing? Let our team lead you to a better way of life and book the start of your journey today✨

Everything inside your suite is designed to make the experience your own, from ALO Wellness Club’s Contrast Series breathwork to guide you through your session, to a Hyperice Hypervolt to work out any soreness, and LE LABO Fragrances shower products to finish your session. Plus, our saunas are Bluetooth-enabled, so you can put on a podcast, meditation, or your favorite playlist.

And you don’t have to do it alone. Bring one or two Plus Ones for an additional cost and make contrast therapy a shared ritual.

Everything you need to feel refreshed and recovered. Book now at the link in bio.

Without you, we’re just four walls.

The saunas. The plunges. The floats. The IVs. The recovery.

They’re what we offer, but you’re what makes Pause, Pause.

Every appointment. Every goal. Every breakthrough. Every conversation. Every person who walks through our doors becomes part of this community.

We built the space.

You brought it to life. 🤍
