Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2026 Annual Baby Shower!

This special event provides support, education, and resources to expectant mothers receiving prenatal care through Genesis. Attendees had the opportunity to learn about the birthing process, postpartum care, and maternal mental health, while connecting with community resources designed to support them throughout pregnancy and beyond.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s event possible. We are grateful for your support and look forward to continuing this tradition of caring for families in our community.

Tampa General Hospital's Genesis Baby Shower, a community-focused event providing essential items and education to expectant and new mothers receiving care through the Genesis Women’s Center, needs your support. During the holiday season, our department hosted two community service days. We had the opportunity to lend a hand at the Bloom Again Thrift Store, prepping meals in the kitchen, assisting in the daycare, and helping in the garden. A huge thank you to the amazing staff at Metropolitan Ministries for welcoming us and making this experience so meaningful. It’s always special to come together outside of work and make a difference in our community!
