The Department of Justice, administrator of the Downwinders/Recca program, has officially recognized Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) as a compensable cancer. We have been involved with Reca/Downwinders for over 30 years. We have helped well over 20,000 claimants. There is no subsitute for experience. We have staff with medical experience, and retain retired oncologist for expert witness when needed.
