This is a really helpful self-care video on TikTok - I don't use the app, but you can view it on your laptop without an account. She uses certain props that one can buy, but she also gives options for using towels. A lot of tension can build up along the dural tube of the spine, and this addresses that. I myself get headaches from this type of tension, due to the strain on my body providing massages. So, I will try this too! To Your Health! 🦋

I see this a lot in many clients as well as myself - since I have bunions in both feet.
