It is an individualized and systematic approach to looking at a person's structure, function, and pain & injury history. By working with your individual needs, as well as educating you and giving you tools to take home with you, I

aim to inspire and create truly lasting change, independence and freedom, so that you can go out into the world and fulfill your highest potential. Rolfing™ is not looking to create lifetime clients, but rather to facilitate real change in the system, so that you can experience your body and your life in a more functional manner.
