IAHD exists to provide supports to adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) throughout the Bronx and Westchester counties. IAHD is committed to providing opportunities for self-actualization and growth regardless of the extent of a person's disability. We are so proud of IAHD’s Rivertown Dancers today: Jodi, Rima, Hector and Yvonne. They practiced for 8 weeks and boy, did it show! Thank you to everyone who came out to Pierson Park in Tarrytown to support their peers! Rupert Holmes is a British-born American composer, singer-songwriter, dramatist, and author. He is widely known for the hit singles "Escape (The Piña Colada Song)" (1979) and "Him" (1980). He is also known for his musicals The Mystery of Edwin Drood, which earned him two Tony Awards, and Curtains; his television series Remember WENN; and his novel Murder Your Employer: The McMasters Guide to Homicide.
