Our kids grew up in a gym. It was fun and they learned a lot. But I also think it made working out like a job to them.

Now that they are older and multi-sport athletes, it’s important for us to find the fun in being fit and a capable human.

Working out will never stop being important but it also needs to be added into a bigger circle that includes mindset and how you look at fitness.
