ok yall help me out... read it, let it sink in cause I am battling with this...

A young lady walks in the store, she has been shopping at other retailers. She excitedly tell me how good our product smell on her and she tells everybody WHERE she get it from.

Her and I have a GREAT FRIENDLY conversation over a span of a about 10mins.

I spend time, mixing oils (THIS IS MARY) letting her sample..

She continues to pick up and put down the original LIQUID SHEA BUTTER She came in for, LIKE MOVING IT FROM COUNTER TO COUNTER (SHE IS A REGULAR CUSTOMER)

I prepare the TWO $15 Rollers which she PAID FOR.

She beats me to the check out, and BAM!!!!

SHE ...PUTS ....MY .....SCENTED LIQUID SHEA BUTTER IN ....HER ......BAG! SHE LOOKS AROUND AND REALIZE MY STORE CAMERAS CAUGHT HER. SHE LOOKED LIKE SHE WANTED TO PUT IT BACK, BUTTTTTT...... SHE KEPT IT. (NOPE I DIID NOT SEE HER DO IT...YET)

After she leaves, I see the spot she took it from, knowing I had not sold that item, I WENT TO the cameras. WOW I WAS STUNNED, I was going to give her the opportunity to come back and pay for it. BUT...... I tried calling her, WITH the number she had JUST gave me for her rewards point, it was the WRONG NUMBER... the guy answered the phone, told me he has had that number almost a year!!!!

NOW, I AM UNPROFESSIONALLY MAD, and I posted the video to my personal page, BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT NOW

Where YALL COME IN AT, I FOUND HER FB PAGE!!!!

DO I REPOST SO SHE CAN SEE HERSELF? I MEAN HER PAGE CAPTION SAYS SHE CHASING THAT BAG, IT ALSO SAYS SHE IS A MASTER STYLIST.....

SO WHY WAS NOT PAYING $22 FOR A PRODUCT HER SOLUTION?

DO I BLAST HER AND TAG HER PAGE? DO I DM HER AND ASK HER TO COME PAY FOR IT? DO I WAIT FOR HER TO SHOW BACK UP?
