A resilient nervous system is calm, stable, and naturally moves between sympathetic (fight, flight, or freeze) and parasympathetic (rest and digest) states.

A regulated nervous system is resilient - it has the capacity to respond to life’s stressors with ease, without feeling overwhelmed or shutting down.

When your nervous system is regulated, you experience emotional flexibility, clarity and stability.

There are many ways to help support regulation, some include;
* Vagus nerve activation - slow breathing, gentle humming, or a splash of cold water to your face
