Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Job Description:Peoples Drug is seeking an experienced and dependable Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior pharmacy experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. This position supports our pharmacists in providing safe, efficient, and friendly service to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and medication preparation
Enter and process prescriptions accurately in the pharmacy system
Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers
Manage prescription pickups, phone calls, and patient questions
Maintain accurate records and comply with pharmacy regulations
Assist with inventory management and medication stocking
Requirements:
Previous pharmacy technician experience required
Experience with the Pioneer Pharmacy System preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be reliable and detail-oriented
Schedule:
Full-time position
Evening hours required
One weekend per month required
