Tomorrow we welcome in the full moon in Sagittarius! This one is also called the “blue moon” because it happens to be the second full moon this month. The energy of this moon is magical, rare, and fast moving just as is Sagittarius energy!✨

Sagittarius is the mutable fire sign of the zodiac. This full moon will be opposing the sun and Uranus, the planet of revelation and hidden truths, in Gemini. I really love the energy of this moon because it feels unsure but in a “go with a flow” and miracle type of way. You may be feeling a little lost or confused but always know God is always with you. Faith is significant because you don’t always have to have the answers right away. There is beauty in your journey. Let life flow during this time and do not resist. God’s plan is always greater than what you could imagine.

This moon is the perfect time to manifest what it is that you want and to release what is in that of doing so. Sagittarius energy is out of the box. This moon might reveal a curve ball that helps you understand what direction you need to take to make your biggest dreams a reality. Surrender to the universe and know it all happens in divine timing.🥰

Healing the nervous system is sacred work.
Not because it makes us “perfect”… but because it teaches us how to stay present without abandoning ourselves or hurting others.

So many people were taught how to survive, but never taught how to process grief, anger, rejection, fear, or disappointment.
And unhealed pain doesn’t disappear — it spills. Into relationships. Into addiction. Into isolation. Into the way we speak to ourselves and each other.

True spiritual growth is not bypassing emotion.
It is learning how to sit with emotion without letting it control you.

Regulating your emotions is not weakness.
It is strength with awareness.
It is choosing peace over reaction.
Compassion over projection.
Accountability over ego.
Presence over avoidance.

Healing yourself changes more than your own life.
It changes your children. Your relationships. Your community. Your energy.
That is generational healing.

The world does not need more spiritually “awake” people who cannot handle discomfort.
It needs grounded souls who can hold love, truth, conflict, and compassion at the same time.

Emotional education is soul work.
And healing is how we create a more conscious world. ✨

We have a new moon in Ta**us in two days! This is one of my favorite moons of the year because of the energy that it brings. Ta**us is an earth sign ruled by Venus. The moon is exalted in Ta**us which means it favors this placement.

Right now, the energy this week may feel a little chaotic since we have Mars at 29 degrees of Aries and it’s sitting alongside Saturn. This gives a very push and pull energy and you may feel stuck. This has been causing you to feel impatient, stagnant or overly annoyed. The same day the moon moves into Ta**us, we also have Mars moving into Ta**us as well. This energy will feel more stable and grounded. It’s going to feel like your home or root chakra is more centered at this time.

This moon is the perfect time to retreat and do some grounding work. Self care is an absolute must during this time. Reflect by asking yourself how you can give back to you. How will you start pouring into yourself? Set goals with you in mind. This energy is slow and calm. Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly. Go outside barefoot and put your feet into earth. Close your eyes and bask in the sunshine. You have the time. Make time for yourself.

In three days we welcome our full moon in Scorpio! ♏️ Although the moon is exiled in Scorpio, meaning it doesn’t enjoy being in this sign and may cause some uncertainty, I personally love the moody feelings it brings.

Scorpio is ruled by Pluto and Pluto is currently in the sign of Aquarius squaring this moon. This could cause some sort of breakthrough or complete unraveling that feels like a relief. Scorpio is the sign of truth, rebirth, and passion. For the first time in 7 years, we also no longer have Uranus in Ta**us opposing this moon so these things coming to light or being transformed will feel good!

Scorpio energy is a very intuitive water sign and to me, the most emotional of all water signs. Sourpatch kids energy, if you will and I love it! Now is the time to really listen to your body and intuition. Let it lead you and use your God given gift of discernment to make the right choices. You may be feeling a shift in your emotional or sexual energy. Trust this shift and know you are being pulled in the right direction. Pay attention to signs, synchronicities and dreams. What messages are coming through? Emotional clarity is on the horizon. Do not be afraid to let it all out in an intense, emotional way.

Use the energy of this moon to support you with clearing out stagnant emotions and energy that surrounds you. You may have outgrown old toxic patterns and behaviors. This moon is supporting your change for the better. 🦋
