Oh My Goodness… tonight was a full house and full of fun, laughter, sweat, hugs and connections! I absolutely love how we are a community the lifts one another and supports each other when life hits us! That is why we are so special and not “just” an exercise class!! 💙💚

Wowza what a great turnout we had tonight! A new face from a far away place, a face who returned after some time off to recover, and a very special face not in her usual space! There was lots of love and laughter shared tonight. Our community is pretty darn special and I am so glad you are all part of it!!
