Summer has been great to this guy! Went from 70’s album cover ‘do to Peaky Blinders era Cillian. Spent so much time in and on the water ~ tubing, swimming and riding waves. I love his sun kissed cheeks and little brother agitating vibes. (most of the time. 😬) Excited for all he is learning and experiencing. I love watching him grow! Parenting is the most challenging, rewarding, draining everything and filling it all back up again gift ever. Cheers to middle school!

When you lean into your God given gifts, you stop apologizing for not fitting into someone else’s idea of you. Be who you’re called to be, unapologetically. 🫶

What are you done apologizing for?

Founding Member pricing for the Create Your Life Coaching Program closes in 24 hours.

I’m not going to write a long caption. You’ve seen the posts. You know what this is about. You know whether it’s for you.

So let me just ask you one question.

How long have you been feeling this way?

Because that feeling doesn’t go away on its own. I know because I waited. I pushed through. I told myself it was just a season.

It wasn’t until I had a real process for managing my own mind that anything actually changed.

That’s what this program gives you. And this is the last time it will be available at $1,200.

There is never a perfect time to invest in yourself. There will always be something else on the list, something else demanding your attention, something else that feels more urgent than your own growth and wellbeing.

I know because I lived that way for a long time. Always putting myself last. Always telling myself I’d get to it when things settled down. When the kids were older. When life got less busy. When the timing was better.

The timing never got better. It just kept moving.

What I know now is that the women who create real change in their lives aren’t the ones who waited for the perfect moment. They’re the ones who decided that they were worth prioritizing right now, exactly as things are, even when it felt uncomfortable or uncertain or a little scary.

If something in you has been stirred up over the last few weeks, I don’t think that’s an accident. I think you already know whether this is for you.

Founding Member pricing closes today. I’d love to see you inside.

What if the best years are already behind me?”

I know that fear. I know what it feels like to look at where you thought you’d be by now and feel the gap between that and where you actually are. I know what it’s like to wonder if you’ve waited too long, missed your window, or spent so many years living for everyone else that there’s simply not enough time left to build something for yourself.

Friend, I want to say something directly to that fear.

It is lying to you.

Not because life is perfect or because reinvention is easy. But because the women I work with who felt exactly this way, who came in convinced their best years were behind them, leave with something they didn’t expect. Not just hope. Actual proof. Proof that when you learn to manage your own mind, when you stop waiting for your circumstances to change and start taking ownership of your thoughts, something shifts. A real, tangible, felt-in-your-bones shift.

Midlife is not the end of your story. It is genuinely, honestly, not too late. And that is not something I say to make you feel better. It is something I know because I am living it. I am on the other side of the hardest season of my life, building something I love, and I have never felt more like myself.

That is available to you too. Right now. Exactly where you are.

If you’ve tried therapy, read all the books, set the goals, bought the journal, and you’re still feeling stuck... that is not a you problem. That is not a discipline problem. That is not proof that you are beyond help.

It just means nobody has given you the right tools yet.

I know because I was there. I did the work in therapy for a few years and it was healing, it really was. But I’d leave every session and still not know what to do with the thoughts that were running my life behind the scenes. I’d set goals and not follow through. I’d try to think more positively and feel like a fraud for it.

What was missing wasn’t effort. It was a process for getting underneath all of it.

Because here’s the thing about thoughts. They don’t just quietly sit there. They create every feeling you have. Every decision you make. Every way you show up in your relationships and your life. And until you have a practical way to work with them, you can try all the things and still end up right back where you started.

That’s just what happens when the root problem never gets addressed.

We address the root in the Create Your Life Coaching Program. That’s it. That’s why it works when everything else hasn’t.

You worked hard for this.

The salary, the title, the stability. You put in the years, made the sacrifices, and built something that looks really good on paper.

And yet somewhere between the Monday morning meetings and the end of another long week, a question keeps creeping in that you haven’t said out loud to anyone yet.

Is this it?

Not because you’re ungrateful. Not because you don’t recognize how much you’ve built. But because there is this quiet, persistent feeling that you are capable of something more meaningful than what you’re doing every day. That the gifts you have are going largely unused. That you are showing up to a life that fits perfectly on paper but doesn’t feel like yours anymore.

Friend, that feeling isn’t a midlife crisis. It’s not ingratitude. It’s your own mind trying to get your attention.

Here’s what I’ve seen over and over again with the women I work with. The career isn’t always the problem. Sometimes it is. But more often, the hollowness they’re feeling at work is a symptom of something deeper. A disconnection from their own identity, their own purpose, their own sense of what they actually want their life to look like now.

And that is an inside job. No promotion, no career change, no new title is going to fix what’s happening underneath.

That’s exactly what the Create Your Life Coaching Program was built to address.

I filled out a form after my divorce and I didn’t know how to answer the question “tell us about yourself.”

Because for 28 years my entire identity had been wife, mom, homeschool mom and taxi. And when that shifted, I genuinely didn’t know who I was anymore. I didn’t know what I desired for my life. What I wanted. What I believed about myself when nobody else’s needs were in the room.

And I remember thinking... is this it? Did I just spend the last three decades becoming someone who doesn’t exist outside of other people?

If that hits close to home, I want you to hear something. You didn’t lose yourself because you made the wrong choices. You lost yourself because you loved people so hard for so long that tending to yourself kept getting pushed to the bottom of the list. Year after year after year.

But here’s what I know now that I didn’t know then. Finding yourself again isn’t about starting over from scratch. It’s about learning to hear your own voice again underneath all the noise. And there is a process for that. A practical, neuroscience-based process that I now teach women in midlife who are standing exactly where I was.

If that’s you, comment ACTIVATE below and I’ll send you all the details.

Can I tell you what I hear more than anything else from the women I work with? It's not "I'm sad" or "I'm stressed." It's "I can't figure out why this person affects me so much."

The mother-in-law who makes a comment at Sunday dinner and ruins your entire week. The adult daughter who pulled away and doesn't call the way she used to. The husband who doesn't understand why you're grieving a season of life he thinks you should be over by now.

You've tried being patient. You've tried having the conversation. You've tried just not thinking about it. And yet there you are at 2am, replaying it word for word, wondering why you can't let it go.
Friend, it's not because you're too sensitive. It's not because the relationship is broken beyond repair. It's because nobody has ever shown you what's actually happening when those moments trigger you.

Here's what I know to be true. That mother-in-law's comment isn't creating your suffering. What you're thinking about her comment is. And your daughter's distance isn't breaking your heart. What you're making it mean about yourself is.
That is not a small distinction. That is everything.

When you learn to work with that process instead of against it, something shifts. Not because the other person changed. Because you did. And when you change how you show up inside your most challenging or painful relationships, those relationships change too.

That's exactly what we work on together inside the Create Your Life Coaching Program. Comment ACTIVATE below and I'll send you all the details.
