I am beyond excited about my upcoming 2 day Rasa Flow Instructor Training 🙌✨🎉

It’s a high energy, music driven, somatic sculpt style class. Think hip spiraling, heart pulsing, body shaking intuitive movement- within a structure that leaves you feeling grounded and steady. It’s liberating, energizing and transformative from the inside, out.

No previous training is required, but a strong movement practice is recommended.
