🚀 A First for the Region in Advanced Orthopedic Care 🚀

Southwest Healthcare Temecula Valley Hospital has successfully completed its first procedures using the ROSA® Robotic Knee System, marking a major milestone in personalized, next-generation knee replacement surgery for our community, performed by orthopedic surgeons Dr. Matthew Gargulinski, DO, and Dr. Mario Luna, MD.

“This technology allows our teams to offer an even higher level of precision and customization, and I’m incredibly proud of everyone who helped make this possible.”
— Hong Min, Chief Executive Officer

🔑 Why ROSA® Robotic Knee Replacement matters:
• Real-time data and enhanced surgical precision
• Customized implant positioning based on patient anatomy
• Potential for smaller incisions, less pain and faster recovery

Every year, Palmdale Regional Medical Center honors and recognizes the ultimate gift of organ donation made by patients and their families, a gift that saves lives and restores health to others in need. To commemorate those who have given so much to so many, we raised the OneLegacy flag in their honor.

The ceremony included remarks from OneLegacy partners Joel Del Valle, program manager of hospital partnerships, and Blanca Cohen, vice president of donation strategies and partnerships. Speakers also included Nana Deeb, CEO of Palmdale Regional, and Raul Sansores, a OneLegacy ambassador and organ recipient, who shared his powerful story of struggle and hope. Community members were encouraged to consider registering as organ donors. Individuals of all ages can register at DonateLifeCalifornia.org or OneLegacy.org.

Held in a high desert community known for both gentle and powerful winds, the ceremony began in calm conditions. By the time the flag was raised, the wind had joined the gathering in tribute. Thank you to all who attended this meaningful event to honor the lives and legacies of others.

What if advanced heart care was available right here, when you need it most? 🫶

Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital has officially performed its FIRST-EVER heart catheterization, bringing this important cardiac service closer to home for our community. 🤩

Led by Dr. Manila Zaman (pictured in green scrubs), this minimally invasive procedure allows physicians to examine how well your heart is functioning and identify potential concerns early, helping guide the right treatment at the right time.

For patients like Patrick, it means access to specialized care without the need to travel far.
Because when it comes to your heart, every moment matters.

Join us in congratulating Dr. Zaman and our cardiac team on this incredible milestone, and help us spread the word about heart care close to home! 🎉👏💖

Last weekend, hundreds of community members came out for the latest version of Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital's Teen Expo. This exciting and informative event is focused on educating teens about the dangers of impaired and distracted driving.

We’re incredibly thankful to all the motocross drivers, especially Jimmy Fitzpatrick’s Fitz Army and Metal Mulisha, for delivering an unforgettable show and helping make this year’s expo a huge success!
