Hello everyone!

Thank you for being here, and welcome to the new followers!

Most of you know about my Wholistic approach to wellness through bodywork and Reiki to improve your well-being.

I want to share my next adventure with you all.

Today, I will be taking my first Zumba Instructor training class here in Temecula.

Now, I will be able to offer dance classes to enhance movement as a part of your wellness journey!

This has been a long-time dream of mine. I absolutely love to dance and I want to invite you to come and dance with me.

My dance background has been in hip hop and latin dance. I've trained, taught, competed, and won championships in my teens and early 20s.

I've performed all over San Diego, LA, and even Vegas!

I'm so excited to embark on this path and bring awareness to the importance of moving your body and having fun while doing it.

Give the gift of relaxation this holiday season!

In Home Massages are available in San Diego, Inland Empire and Los Angeles counties.

This option is for you if you don't feel like driving after your massage and you can relax in the comfort of your own home or house rental.

For those of you that your house is not the best relaxing environment, an in studio massage located in Temecula is the way to go. Here you can unwind and relax because there will no distractions or interruptions during your session.

If it's for you or a loved one, massage is a great gift to give. We all need time for ourselves!
