Is intermittent fasting really that special?🤔

It’s a hot topic in the fitness and health world, but let’s cut through the hype.
At its core, intermittent fasting is simply a tool that can be used for calorie restriction to aid with weight loss. It can be helpful if it works with your life and makes your day-to-day eating more manageable.
However, we always urge caution: in patients with diabetes, especially those on insulin, it is vital that you talk to your doctor before trying it. Significant changes in your eating window can drastically impact your blood sugar levels and medication requirements.
Your health journey isn't a one-size-fits-all model. If you’re considering a change to your routine, we’re here to help you determine if it's the right clinical move for your specific metabolic health.

💬 Have you tried intermittent fasting, or are you curious about other strategies? Let us know in the comments!
