"Dr. Sarika is the BEST. I came in for low back pain, neck pain and sciatica where I couldn't sit for more than 10 minutes without a deep aching pain in my back, glutes and leg, and sometimes numbness into my foot. Admittedly, I was a little apprehensive about the $45 consult. Don't be. Sarika is AMAZING. She is very clear about the treatment plan. Follow it, and I promise you improvement. I was in the worst pain of my life and the Herbal formulas and treatments were very effective. Now I occasionally get a twinge but it resolves quickly and I can drive without pain. I am a person who also works in Healthcare treating chronic pain, and I learned so much by getting treated with her. I am so grateful."

The research is promising—but it’s still evolving. Acupuncture may be best viewed as a complementary approach, not a replacement for mental-health care.
