Deb’s Sunday Blog (8-30-26)

Greetings from YFL!!! It is ‘Weight Time’, as we begin the month of September, and approach the Fall Season. We will sculpt, tone, and strengthen with our hand weights this week!!! Our Sanskrit focus is ‘Mauna’, or to find deep inner peace, and spiritual connection through stillness. Our mudra (hand gesture) is the ‘Gyan’ to evoke Universal wisdom, and knowledge toward deep inner stillness.
Our Yin practice will focus on ‘Good Digestion’, as we hold each pose with props for a deeper stretching of fascia, connective tissues, and muscles. Yin is also deeply meditative!!!
