Throughout my nursing career I have worked in a few different areas. I tried all of it to see if I could find my niche. I worked in Healthcare Management, in Home Health, in a Skilled Nursing Facility, and at Banner Hospital on the Trauma Unit and COVID Step Down. I have to say the Trauma Unit was definitely my favorite place! Sadly, after receiving an injury, I ended up leaving Acute Care. Openin
g my own MedSpa was always one of my goals, so this became the perfect opportunity for me to transition to aesthetics. I love working in aesthetics. The best part about aesthetics, is that the patients are happy when they come to see me!!! Happiness is contagious! I also love to learn and I love to educate, so I decided to go back to school to get my Nurse Practitioner degree. I love being busy, I thrive on it. Luckily, my husband and my kids have been supportive throughout this whole process! I don’t know where I would be without them! So between family, injecting, trainings, marketing for my business, and studying for school, I am not always available. So for now, I work by appointment only.
