I was sitting by the water in Greer recently when I noticed the rings of a fallen tree. Some were wide. Some were narrow. Yet every year left its mark.

It reminded me that our lives are much the same. Some seasons feel expansive and full of growth. Others feel quieter, more challenging, or uncertain. But each season shapes who we become.

I shared a short reflection about it in this week's newsletter, along with details about my final Full Moon Sound Healing gatherings at the Guadalupe Road location.

Many of us have experienced beautiful healing, connection, growth, and moments of peace in this space, and I'm looking forward to honoring this chapter together before welcoming what comes next. 💚
