Memorial Day we do the workout that started it all.
In memory of Lt. Michael Murphy, Navy SEAL, Medal of Honor recipient, killed in action June 28, 2005. He called this βBody Armor.β We call it the hardest thing we do all year: on purpose.

Partition the reps any way you want. The most common split is 20 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats: but do what gets you to that finish line.
The point was never to be fast.
The point is to show up, suffer a little, and remember that some people suffered a lot more, and never came home.
