Spiritual practice doesn’t need to be perfect it needs to be personal. There is autonomy in it. It is your relationship with Spirit..
We can show up perfectly imperfect .. in yesterday’s clothes, make up on your face, hair a mess, out of tune.. haha in all the ways ..
and yet still… to source we are heard as an angel with our intent and met with peace, love, compassion, and grace!

We are the instruments of the divine and we are being called to come back to that center of our being every day ..
We become the attunement the world needs.

How do you take care of your frequency, to be in a state of love, peace, faith, compassion, and grace?

Beyond Grateful for the AUMazing week we had together. Grateful for the introduction, teachings, authentic souls and soul connections we all had. Grateful for the space that was held so safely that I was able to go to the shadows and surf through the deep loud emotions stored in the fascia.
Grateful for the old deep release I had.
I am honored to be called to this work. Blessed to be Evolving into the next chapter of the purposeful work I am a vessel for. So many Thank you’s to Daniel Daniel James Wicker - Somatic Bodywork Therapist , Sarah and the soul tribe!
Can’t wait for level 2 💚💫🌈🕊️🐝

This little bee 🐝 had a message early this morning.
Don’t get lost looking for the light… there are flowers in the dark. As soon as I turned the light out it flew right inside the house 🤦🏻‍♀️ it’s taking a rest.

Sometimes we can look so much outside of ourselves for the light we miss the nectar hiding in the shadows.
When we can stop searching and bee with what is… the healing comes…
and the light inside us comes back on.

Take solace in your soul, bee still, allow yourself to bee in the dark .. to go into the unknown of your own home.. take a rest and feel the things you’ve been pushing away, shaming, blaming or searching for outside of yourself. Feel all the feels no matter how HUGE they seem, let them take you like the sound of the hive. Express them without judgement and you will see and feel the sweetness of the light body coming back to life.

Bee the nectar of your own life so you can bee the nectar of someone else’s. 💚🌈🕊️🐝✨
Thank you Bee and
Sending L💖VE to you all Family!
