This gentle, guided journey invites you to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner stillness—no effort required, simply come and receive. Let the soothing melodies of singing bowls and gongs guide you into a state of profound relaxation and meditation.

This 60-minute experience weaves together:
• Tibetan gongs, singing bowls, and crystal bowls
• Drums, chimes, and other unique instruments

Participants are welcome to sit or lie down for the entirety of the session—please bring a yoga mat, cushion, and water for your comfort.

Weather permitting, sessions will be held in a serene outdoor pavilion, allowing you to rest, receive, and reconnect while immersed in the natural beauty of the desert.

These events benefit the Desert Botanical Garden—your participation supports this beautiful space. With your purchase, you’re also invited to enjoy the garden for the rest of the day, extending your experience into a full day of connection, exploration, and renewal.
