Get a foam roller, lay flat on it
Hold for 1–3 minutes
Let gravity take over
Breathe and relax into the stretch

Try it:
6-10 reps on each side

This exercise is designed to target shoulder mobility and stability so your body can handle those overhead movements with more control and less strain💪

5 reps, hold each for 10 seconds
