This post is delayed but it’s the thought that counts. I am learning to release perfection and I am embracing being real. Hosting the Equinox and Solstice rituals with this human Amy | Sound Healing + Yoga | Phoenix is nothing short of joy and creative gusto. I started these events as Pamper Your Soul Rituals about 8 years ago, hard to believe the time. As a solo host I limited it to 8 guests to provide a true intimate experience. It worked. Sold out everytime. Once I found my new yoga home Forever Yoga and having access to this beautiful space inspired me to expand the community. I am abundantly grateful that Amy agreed to co-host these rituals with me so that we can open it up to 16 guests now, sold out every time.
