Experimenting in the kitchen is often my favourite place in the house to be. This truffle was challenging myself to do a mix layer, I wanted them more swirly so I may need to make them again!
The ingredients of this truffle sway from my normal maple and nut butter. Inspired by the tradition at Greek weddings where they pass around the raw local honey to guests to share in lifes sweetness, paired with raw tahini which I feel is also widely used in their dishes. Alongside the third ingredient of virgin coconut oil, this truffle came out 'sweet treat' and very light in texture. The two flavours pair so beautifully!
